Glen has over two decades of hands on experience and advanced training in the wellness industry as a fitness trainer, Pilates instructor and board certified massage therapist. He utilizes his expansive knowledge in anatomy, kinesiology, body mechanics and postural analysis to asses each client and create a therapeutic massage specific to each clients needs.
Uniquely, he incorporates both structural and Reiki bodywork into each session. As a Reiki master, he provides a deeper healing experience at no additional cost to his clients. His intuitive ability as a massage therapist to treat the human body is extremely impressive.
